Return & Cancellation Policy

At Aurvido, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Please review our policies regarding returns, refunds, coupon usage, and order cancellations below.

14-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of order delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your items, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

• Products must remain in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Note: Aurvido reserves the right to decline any returned item that shows signs of use or damage not caused by our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately:

1. Take clear photos demonstrating the defect or incorrect item.

2. Email the photos along with your order number to service@aurvido.com.

3. Our support team will review your request and send return/replacement instructions via email.

Refunds & Processing

• Refund Amount: Approved refunds cover the merchandise subtotal plus any applicable sales tax paid. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items returned with missing parts, altered conditions, or slight damage not due to our error.

• Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund has been approved but not yet received:

  1. Re-check your bank or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your card issuer; processing and official posting times can vary.

  3. Contact your bank regarding pending transactions.

  4. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your funds, contact us at service@aurvido.com.

Sale Items & Coupon Codes

• Sale & Promotional Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Clearance, final sale, or promotional items cannot be refunded.

• Discount Code Usage:

  • Promo codes must be entered at checkout by clicking "Apply" before placing your order.

  • Price adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders or past purchases.

  • Only one coupon code can be redeemed per transaction.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order enters processing and fulfillment, at which point it can no longer be canceled or modified.
